About This Role
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements within the BFSI domain.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories to support development and testing.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to drive consensus and support change management and post-implementation activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in BFSI domain is mandatory.
- Job location: Mumbai or Pune.

- Has strong functional expertise in BFSI domain and business analysis.
- Effective communicator with analytical thinking and relationship-building skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and familiarity with agile methodologies and data analytics tools is a plus.
