About This Role
- Lead end-to-end operations for Advisory Allocations and Trade Processing, ensuring timely, accurate execution of trade allocations, billing, settlement, and break resolution.
- Establish and maintain a strong risk and control environment, managing operational risks and driving root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Lead and develop multiple teams, manage stakeholder relationships globally, and drive operational excellence through process improvement and transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of securities operations or closely related financial services experience.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience with people-management responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of securities trade lifecycle, risk management, controls, and operational escalation management.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in securities operations, brokerage operations, trade processing, middle office, or investment operations.
