About This Role
- Serve as primary contact for employee grievances, ensuring empathetic and timely resolution while maintaining trust.
- Lead and manage employee engagement initiatives, including recognition and culture-building events to enhance morale and inclusion.
- Partner with management to support performance management processes and facilitate onboarding, training, and organizational development activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 2-3 years of HR experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work Experience Required: 2-3 years in HR domain.
