About This Role
- Own end-to-end Procure to Pay operations including invoice processing, payment processing, and financial transaction reconciliation.
- Analyze finance operations data for vendor compliance, savings, discounts and pricing checks, ensuring accurate and timely payments through multiple payment methods.
- Implement payment controls, resolve duplicate payments, and apply knowledge of taxation, purchasing, and goods receipt to maintain operational accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in Procure to Pay or Finance Operations.
- Any Graduation degree.
- Experience with invoice and payment processing operations is mandatory.
- Shift flexibility required (rotational shifts).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling Procure to Pay processes with exposure to vendor compliance and financial transaction reconciliation.
- Familiarity with Yardi ERP and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) industry preferred but not mandatory.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage small teams or work efforts effectively.
