About This Role

Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years professional experience building scalable backend systems.
- Expertise in Python, Django/Flask, and asynchronous programming.
- Experience deploying AI/ML services at production scale.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

- Strong leadership managing cross-functional engineering teams, especially backend developers.
- Expert in microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and implement modern DevOps practices.
