About This Role
- Own end-to-end design, development, validation, and delivery of Java full stack product features across backend and frontend layers.
- Provide technical mentorship, code reviews, and implementation guidance to junior engineers.
- Ensure secure, high-quality delivery; resolve customer escalations; drive innovation through PoCs and continuous process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in Java full stack development including backend (Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices) and frontend (React or Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related discipline.
- Mandatory experience with cloud technologies (GCP or AWS) and Kubernetes.
- Work Experience Required: 3-6 years of application development experience with strong Java full stack exposure.

- Strong individual contributor with ownership mentality capable of independently driving feature delivery with minimal supervision.
- Technical versatility with comfort across backend and frontend technologies plus cloud-native deployment and Kubernetes.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps, architecture).
