About This Role
- Accountable for end-to-end delivery of Corporate Finance scope including Accounts Payable, Revenue and Compensation Controllership, FP&A, and regional controllers.
- Lead senior client relationships and governance forums, managing service performance, risks, dependencies and continuous improvement.
- Drive transformation, automation initiatives, and offshore transition within finance operations while overseeing service levels and cost productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- 16+ years of experience leading multi-process finance operations towers, specifically in shared services, GBS, or outsourced delivery models.
- Professional qualification mandatory: Chartered Accountant, CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
- Experience with Workday Financial Management, Workday reporting tools, Prism Analytics or Adaptive Planning, and knowledge of private markets fund structures and asset management revenue recognition standards (ASC 606, IFRS 15).
- Work Experience Required: 16 to 25 years. Qualification: Any Graduation (specified), but professional finance qualification mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Seasoned leader with experience managing global finance operations delivery and senior client relationships at Vice President/Managing Director level.
- Strong expertise in controllership and FP&A covering period-end close, multi-entity consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and multi-jurisdictional statutory reporting.
- Proven capability in driving finance operations transformation, including offshore migration, automation, and managing financial planning and reporting in complex asset management environments.
