About This Role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Corporate Finance sub-processes including Accounts Payable, Expense, Revenue and Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis ensuring quality, timeliness, and control standards.
- Lead client relationship as primary contact, acting as first escalation for finance operations and managing supervisory layers to meet service levels and KPIs.
- Oversee period-end close, multi-entity consolidation, FP&A cycle, and drive process improvements, automation, and compliance within finance operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 13 to 18 years of work experience including managing managers in finance operations.
- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant, CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Corporate Finance processes on major ERP/finance platforms like SAP, Oracle, Workday (experience with Workday Financial Management and reporting tools required).
- Understanding of private markets fund structures, revenue recognition standards (ASC 606, IFRS 15), multi-entity consolidation, and statutory reporting relevant to asset management.

- Experienced leader with proven ability managing multi-layer finance operations teams and client relationships under shared services or service delivery models.
- Deep expertise in Corporate Finance processes across multi-entity environments, including period-end close, FP&A cycles, and financial reporting controls.
- Skilled in governance, control frameworks, quality assurance, and driving finance process improvements and automation in a complex, multi-jurisdiction context.
