About This Role
- Manage end-to-end operational performance of multiple non-metro locations within a defined area, ensuring service delivery, workforce productivity, and cost discipline.
- Oversee Service Centres, BDOs, partner-supported locations focusing on shipment pickup, processing, delivery, and adherence to operating standards.
- Lead operational issue resolution, infrastructure readiness, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet service and cost targets.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline; MBA/PG desirable.
- 6–9 years of relevant experience in express logistics, courier, eCommerce logistics, 3PL, distribution or multi-location Operations.
- Experience managing multiple Service Centres or non-metro Operations locations is preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 6–9 years in relevant logistics/operations domain.
