About This Role
- Own branch operations governance, risk, audit readiness, and compliance documentation including BCP, RCSA, and audit observations.
- Lead application access controls, master data governance, and manage a portfolio of ~25 operational control reports ensuring data quality and issue resolution.
- Drive customer retention initiatives (surrender aversion), process improvements, and coordinate cross-functional teams while managing assigned team members and stakeholder communications.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in BFSI operations, preferably life insurance, with expertise in branch operations, governance, risk controls, and audit coordination.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM or relevant professional qualification preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Power BI or similar is desirable.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in BFSI operations, preferably life insurance.
