About This Role
- Analyze operational finance data and reconcile transactions to support Order to Cash processes.
- Generate, validate, and dispatch invoices including applying tariffs, charges, taxes; manage credits, adjustments, and billing schedules.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and regulations while optimizing revenue, cash flow, and working capital.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: Any Graduation.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Order to Cash or related finance operations.
- Familiarity with billing, revenue management, and finance processes; exposure to Yardi ERP preferred.
- Work may require rotational shifts.
- Work Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or exposure to Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) or similar finance domains is preferred.
- Comfortable working under moderate supervision with routine problem-solving using guidelines.
- Capability to handle disputes and work collaboratively within a team environment.
