About This Role
- Lead and manage new product development projects using the Phase/Gate process, ensuring timely progress and delivery.
- Plan, coordinate, communicate, and control projects related to new product introduction and product modifications.
- Maintain communication of project goals, progress, issues, and risks to product managers, team members, and functional managers.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master's degree is a plus.
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project and advanced SolidWorks CAD skills; fluid dynamic simulation skills are a plus.
