About This Role
- Lead strategic and operational delivery of global People Operations and payroll services, ensuring compliance, service quality, and governance across internal teams and external vendors.
- Drive transformation initiatives including vendor consolidation, automation, and process improvements with measurable outcomes and business-case ownership.
- Oversee vendor management, financial controls, audit compliance, operational reporting, and act as senior escalation point for complex service delivery and payroll issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Substantial leadership experience in complex global People Operations and payroll service environments with multi-country governance.
- Strong knowledge of payroll operations including controls, reconciliations, statutory compliance, risk management, and audit requirements.
- Experience managing service providers and payroll vendors via SLAs, KPIs, governance, and commercial discussions.
- Degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Finance, Operations, Payroll or related discipline; must have legal right to work in India; work experience required: substantial leadership experience as described.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and improving target operating models, SOPs, escalation frameworks, and global payroll transformation initiatives.
- Proficient in data-driven decision making with strong analytical and presentation skills to deliver executive insights and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Skilled in leading multi-location managers and specialists, managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed international environment with focus on governance and continuous improvement.
