About This Role
- Own complete operations responsibility for managing and optimizing performance of dark stores (quality, productivity, inventory).
- Lead and supervise a team of Team Leads and PAs, focusing on employee performance, staffing, and development including creating leaders and building a talent pipeline.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices, process improvements, and resource planning to meet building objectives and cost efficiencies.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon blue badge/FTE experience.
- Experience with managing operations metrics and driving process improvements (preferred).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years of relevant employee and performance management experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with strong operational ownership over end-to-end dark store management focusing on quality, productivity, and safety.
- Capable of managing mid-level management teams (Team Leads, PAs) and driving engagement, appraisal, and talent development.
- Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder management, project management, and implementing process optimizations in a high-volume e-commerce environment.
