About This Role
- Lead the integrated delivery and governance of the Chalhoub Capability Hub program, ensuring coordination across multiple workstreams (People, Finance, Real Estate, Legal, Technology Readiness) against clear milestones and outcomes.
- Own and maintain the program roadmap with focus on dependencies, sequencing, risk mitigation, and proactive stakeholder alignment across a complex global matrix.
- Establish governance, reporting, operating disciplines and deliver automated executive insights for senior leadership; produce polished, board-ready strategic decision artifacts.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years experience leading complex enterprise programs, transformation initiatives, PMOs or capability-centre programs.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs involving multiple functions, geographies and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in establishing or scaling a GCC, capability centre, technology hub, or comparable enterprise operation preferred.
- Strong understanding of Technology & Data organizations and associated dependencies; commercial and analytical skills including financials, workforce plans, dashboards.
