About This Role
- Collect and analyze operational financial data to determine financial outcomes and reconcile transactions within the Order to Cash process.
- Manage and optimize working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue, cash flow, and billing processes.
- Resolve cash application queries, coordinate with customers, and handle the entire OTC process from order inquiry through invoicing and payment finalization.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Order to Cash operations.
- Required qualifications: BCom, MCom, or MBA degree.
- Primary skill: Order to Cash (OTC) expertise.
- Role may require working in rotational shifts.

- Experienced with cash application processes including unapplied cash and suspense account reconciliation.
- Capable of analyzing and solving lower-complexity problems with moderate supervision.
- Comfortable working as an individual contributor within a team, engaging primarily with peers and occasionally with clients and management.
