About This Role
- Develop and implement software modifications based on business requirements and technical design documents.
- Manage defect resolution including investigation, code fixes, unit testing within defined SLAs, and provide support for deployment and go-live activities aligned with customer time zones.
- Conduct risk assessments, prepare quotes, define high-level technical approaches, and deliver product or solution demonstrations to clients.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, MCA, MSc Computer Science or relevant discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of total work experience.
- Strong expertise in Core Java, ExtJS, and PLSQL mandatory.
- Experience with Blue Yonder / JDA / Red Prairie WMS or other WMS platforms is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to own end-to-end project delivery and provide technical guidance to engineers.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and strong familiarity with tools like GitHub, Jenkins, JIRA, and SQL development tools.
- Comfortable supporting customers across different time zones and capable of evaluating competing technical solutions to optimize outcomes.
