About This Role
- Drive long-term financial strategy and success by partnering with Finance & Strategy (F&S) and business leaders across regions.
- Build and maintain financial forecasts, targets, and track performance with variance analysis to inform strategy and operational decisions.
- Define key business performance metrics and collaborate with Analytics to develop dashboards and tools for company-wide access.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–14 years of experience in analytical or finance roles.
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in SQL or Python for handling large, complex datasets and extracting insights.
- Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budget vs actual (BvA) variance analysis, and related financial concepts.
- Proven ability to work independently on ambiguous problems and automate recurring tasks using AI to focus on strategic work.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working globally across multiple geographies and user segments within a fast-paced environment.
- Background in building dashboards and data visualization tools from the ground up to facilitate business decision-making.
- Strong collaborator recognized as a trusted, objective advisor to cross-functional business partners and leadership, particularly in strategic finance or payments/fintech sectors.
