About This Role
- Lead end-to-end software development projects for fintech products, overseeing lifecycle from requirements to deployment and maintenance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UX, and compliance to deliver complex financial technology solutions.
- Manage project plans, budgets, resources while ensuring compliance with financial regulations (PCI-DSS, SOC 1/2, GDPR, KYC/AML) and facilitate agile processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience in software product development.
- Experience in software product-based companies, preferably in Banking/Fintech domain.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

- Experienced in handling regulated fintech or banking software projects involving compliance and security standards.
- Skilled in bridging communication between technical teams and business stakeholders including executives and product owners.
- Capable of managing high-pressure projects with strict deadlines and maintaining documentation, risk registers, and status reports.
