About This Role
- Work directly with construction industry customers to understand workflows, design AI-powered solutions, and implement them with engineering teams.
- Own product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for AI-driven platform capabilities, turning custom solutions into repeatable products.
- Build prototypes using AI tools, define AI evaluation frameworks, and ensure trustworthy, explainable AI deployments while partnering across teams on go-to-market and impact metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in technical product management, solutions architecture, or forward deployed roles, including 3+ years on B2B SaaS or enterprise products.
- Minimum 2 years experience building and deploying AI/ML-powered solutions with hands-on use of AI coding assistants and LLMs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Willingness to travel internationally to customer sites; strong technical skills in APIs, data pipelines, cloud architecture (AWS or Azure), and enterprise system integrations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to engage deeply with customers, lead technical discovery, and deliver custom AI solutions alongside engineering teams in enterprise settings.
- Experience or strong understanding of AEC/construction technology workflows and platforms (e.g., Procore, Autodesk, Primavera P6, BIM).
- Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks, ground-truth dataset creation, and deploying enterprise AI with governance, security, and cross-region compliance considerations.
