About This Role
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise ontologies, semantic assets, knowledge graphs, and business glossaries that underpin AI, GenAI, Semantic Search, and Agentic AI use cases across People & Organization and Corporate Functions.
- Translate enterprise business knowledge into reusable semantic assets enabling discoverability, governance, contextual intelligence, and AI-driven decision support.
- Collaborate with business SMEs and domain owners to harmonize and model business knowledge across multiple corporate domains including HR, Legal, Security, and Finance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, AI, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Metadata Management, Data Governance, Analytics, Semantic Technologies, or AI-related domains.
- Experience with AWS Data Platforms, Knowledge Graphs, Ontology Development, Taxonomy Design, RAG / GraphRAG, and Vector Databases.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in implementing semantic layers, enterprise knowledge graphs, and managing metadata governance in large organizations.
- Strong technical expertise with AWS and semantic technologies supporting AI applications and enterprise data programs.
- Familiar with People & Organization and Corporate Functions domains such as HR, Legal, Security, Compliance, ESG, Corporate Affairs, and Finance.
