About This Role
- Lead and manage the fund accounting function for a large team across multiple locations, ensuring timely and accurate NAV/yield and operational delivery.
- Own execution of strategy and operational objectives including driving revenue and profit growth, process innovation, and service quality for complex clients globally.
- Act as the primary liaison with executive global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive business transformation, risk management, and compliance adherence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, economics, accounting, finance, or equivalent (accounting degree strongly preferred).
- 15+ years of accounting/financial services operations experience with significant management experience, including global and multi-location operations leadership.
- Experience with fund accounting technologies (e.g., Invest One, Geneva) and strong knowledge of fund structures including master-feeder funds.
- Must be willing to work North America or EMEA/MENA shift hours as per business needs.
