About This Role
- Execute and manage end-to-end sourcing processes including supplier onboarding, compliance, contract review, and renewal for Global hubs (US and Philippines).
- Develop and implement sourcing category strategies focusing on cost savings, supplier risk mitigation, and alignment with business needs across major commodities like Technology, Marketing, Contingent Labour, and Facilities.
- Collaborate with business leaders, legal teams, and sourcing leadership to drive supplier compliance, conduct RFIs/RFPs, utilize Source to Pay and e-Auction tools, and report sourcing metrics to senior management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 8 years in financial services or insurance (Supplier Risk Management, Operations, Customer Service, Collections) OR 10 years experience without degree.
- Minimum 8 years experience in sourcing including category strategy, contract negotiation, supplier management, and proven execution track record.
- Experience working with US stakeholders and suppliers, and proficiency with Source to Pay systems (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Oracle).
- Ability to work mid-shift overlapping US time-zone (3:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST), including weekends and holidays.

- Experienced sourcing professional with deep knowledge of financial services industry supplier ecosystems and compliance requirements for US and Philippines.
- Proven skills in managing complex sourcing projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders globally.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to report and communicate effectively to executive leadership.
