About This Role
- Develop clean, scalable backend code adhering to software engineering best practices including code reviews and unit testing.
- Own end-to-end delivery of features from design, implementation, to test automation and deployment, collaborating with product owners to meet user requirements.
- Design and enhance software products to be user-friendly and customizable, including new products, features, and improvements to existing suites.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience with backend technologies such as Java or similar object-oriented languages.
- Experience using modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue is mandatory.
- Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and performance considerations.
- Work Experience Required: 2+ years in relevant backend development roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has hands-on experience integrating or using AI-powered tools to enhance workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and design capabilities especially in object-oriented design and software architecture.
- Comfortable using development and debugging tools including IDEs, source control, profilers, and Unix-based system administration utilities.
