About This Role
- Develop and deliver AI-powered software features with clean, scalable, and reusable code following engineering best practices including code reviews and automated testing.
- Own the full software development lifecycle from requirement analysis, design, implementation, test automation to delivery, ensuring stable and production-ready releases.
- Design extensible software and APIs and build consistent, accessible, performant user interfaces across web, workspace, and mobile platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience with Java or similar object-oriented language and strong JavaScript skills.
- Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue for componentized front-end development.
- Experience building or consuming REST APIs and knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and scalability considerations.
- Work Experience Required: At least 2 years; Exposure to generative AI or LLM features is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end ownership of software features integrating AI technologies and modern web platforms.
- Strong expertise in object-oriented design, test automation, debugging, and ensuring software quality and accessibility.
- Comfortable using a broad range of development tools including IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, and Unix system tools in a fast-paced engineering environment.
