About This Role
- Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute programs and initiatives focused on business execution and risk management.
- Drive accountability and operational efficiencies, perform assessments using data and creative problem solving to recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with business and strategy teams, influence decision-making, and guide less experienced staff on strategic initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience with MS Dynamics CRM platform, ideally in corporate banking environment.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree, or equivalent experience.
- Work location in Hyderabad or Bangalore with hybrid work model (3 days office), shift timings 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST, with flexibility for US stakeholder coordination and weekend on-call support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in banking/finance domain with knowledge of corporate lending products and business models.
- Strong skills in Agile (JIRA), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven ability to handle complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, delivering strategic solutions, and managing risk and compliance in regulated environments.
