About This Role
- Lead end-to-end product engineering delivery across Clinical, Commercial, and Corporate technology portfolios, ensuring modernization and operational excellence.
- Define and execute Applied AI strategies including Generative AI and AI-enabled business capabilities; transition AI initiatives from experimentation to production at scale.
- Manage large engineering portfolio with focus on delivery predictability, value realization, cross-functional AI enablement, and organizational transformation.
Minimum Requirements
- 20+ years progressive technology leadership experience with 10+ years leading large software engineering organizations.
- 5+ years at Executive Director, Senior Director, VP, or equivalent leadership level managing 100+ technology professionals.
- Proven experience with product engineering portfolios, technology modernization, and enterprise-wide engineering productivity transformation.
- Work Experience Required: Explicitly mentioned (20+ years leadership; 10+ years managing software orgs).
