About This Role
- Lead enterprise data integration and modernization initiatives, focusing on cloud-native ETL architecture and migration from legacy platforms.
- Partner with BI teams to design scalable reporting and semantic data models, optimizing enterprise reporting performance.
- Architect and implement solutions using Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Apache Airflow, Spark; drive AI-enabled ETL modernization including automated code conversion and monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of Data Integration and Data Engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Talend and/or Informatica; advanced SQL; Python and PySpark.
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Azure Data Factory and/or AWS Glue, Apache Airflow.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years in relevant Data Engineering and ETL roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated leadership in ETL modernization projects, including adoption of AI-assisted development and test automation.
- Strong operational expertise with enterprise-scale cloud ETL platforms and BI tool integration.
- Skilled in mentoring and establishing development standards, with experience in hiring and onboarding ETL personnel.
