About This Role
- Develop and productionize AI agents and workflows on Vertex AI, Claude, and Gemini Enterprise for Patient Services use cases.
- Integrate AI capabilities into Salesforce Health Cloud, MuleSoft, and Java development environments; build reusable prompt templates and agent patterns.
- Own full agent lifecycle: building, deploying, monitoring, evaluating, retiring; establish quality evaluation and monitoring standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering with experience building production systems.
- Advanced Python skills; proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Direct experience with cloud AI platforms (Vertex AI preferred), prompt engineering, LLM development (Claude, Gemini, or equivalent).
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, and REST/GraphQL APIs; Salesforce and/or MuleSoft integration experience is a strong plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technically strong engineer focused on building robust, production-grade AI systems in regulated healthcare environments.
- Experienced in integrating AI solutions within enterprise software stacks including Salesforce and MuleSoft.
- Comfortable working in a distributed, follow-the-sun model partnering with onshore leads and cross-functional teams.
