About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design, development, deployment, and adoption of scalable data science and AI solutions across multiple business domains.
- Translate complex business problems into analytical solutions with measurable outcomes, focusing on advanced analytics, machine learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
- Provide technical leadership including architecture reviews, model governance, mentoring, and communicate findings to senior and non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI including leadership of complex enterprise initiatives.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, machine learning, deep learning (PyTorch/TensorFlow), Generative AI, and cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock).
- Experience applying data science and AI across Finance, FinTech, Sales, Supply Chain, and Healthcare domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level operator comfortable leading complex, enterprise-wide AI and data science initiatives end-to-end with a strong engineering and ML ops mindset.
- Experienced in both traditional predictive modeling and cutting-edge AI technologies including autonomous AI agents and Agentic AI workflows.
- Capable of bridging complex technical concepts and business value, translating analytics into clear decisions for diverse stakeholders.
