About This Role
- Lead and enhance iOS app performance frameworks focusing on memory, database, rendering, battery, and network.
- Drive complex projects ensuring high-quality delivery and provide technical leadership including code reviews and mentorship.
- Identify and solve significant technological issues affecting scalability, performance, and long-term system health.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of engineering experience including 5+ years building iOS applications in Swift and Objective-C.
- Experience with performance profiling/analysis using Xcode tools and building native iOS performance frameworks and regression testing suites.
- Must be based in Bangalore, India office (explicitly mentioned location).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in advanced iOS architectural components like CoreData, UIKit, SwiftUI, with strong knowledge of MVC and preferably MVVM.
- Skilled in multi-threading, concurrent programming, memory management, and performance optimization for mobile apps.
- Proven capacity to lead large engineering initiatives, engage cross-team communication, and uphold high engineering standards.
