About This Role
- Own end-to-end development and maintenance of integrated financial models for revenue, expenses, and headcount.
- Build and maintain comprehensive pricing models for deal-level and customer-level analysis to support pricing strategy.
- Design and run scenario-based and sensitivity analyses to evaluate impact of pricing, costs, and strategic decisions for leadership support.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in FP&A, pricing, strategic finance, or financial modeling roles.
- Advanced Excel financial modeling skills including scenario and what-if analysis are mandatory.
- Work location: Chennai; Work type: Full-Time, Work from Office.

- Strong expertise in financial modeling and pricing analysis with proven operational ownership of pricing and scenario planning models.
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to translate business needs into financial models.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, quantitative role with an emphasis on automation, dashboarding, and reporting to streamline finance processes.
