About This Role
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and coordinate audit processes.
- Provide business performance insights and financial guidance to stakeholders while driving continuous improvement in finance processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) qualification mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, FP&A, and accounting standards.
- Work location: Chennai, India (Onsite).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multinational or project-based organizations with complex finance environments.
- Proficient in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and preferably financial reporting tools like Hyperion.
- Capable of managing statutory audits, financial controls, and collaborating across global finance operations.
