About This Role
- Own strategy and end-to-end delivery for contract management, partner payments, Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and related finance operations within client ecosystem.
- Identify and implement AI, automation, and process transformation initiatives in finance operations.
- Lead executive and cross-functional governance forums, prepare executive presentations, and analyze workflows to improve processes and controls.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years professional experience with mandatory hands-on Finance & Accounting Operations and project management/execution ownership.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (B.COM/B.SC/MBA).
- Strong knowledge of PTP, contract management, payment operations, and practical experience with AI tools adoption.
- Advanced Google Workspace skills (especially Slides and Sheets), basic SQL understanding, and experience with finance transformation or shared services environments.

- Experienced finance PMO professional with demonstrated ownership of finance operations projects involving contract and payment management.
- Proficient in applying AI and automation tools pragmatically within finance processes without coding.
- Strong storyteller and communicator, capable of preparing executive-level visuals and leading cross-functional forums in a complex finance environment.
