About This Role
- Act as primary contact for Merchant Success Associates and Managers on B2B merchant support, facilitating prioritization, risk communication, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate and oversee outbound shipments ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with retailer routing processes and standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Implementation, and Supply Chain teams to build partnerships and drive merchant growth and success.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience in operations or customer success; logistics, account management experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite; familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI, SSMS is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills necessary for interfacing with senior management and multiple teams.
- Location requirement: Remote - India.
