About This Role
- Lead business process analysis and optimization across multiple ERP modules including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and HR.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and solution designs; support ERP implementation activities including configuration, testing, and UAT coordination.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure adoption of ERP systems and support pre-sales efforts such as client workshops and proposal development.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3-10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, Process Improvement, or Transformation roles.
- Experience with ERP consulting, implementation, business process modeling, and change management.
- Strong skills in requirement documentation, stakeholder management, and pre-sales solution consulting.
