About This Role
- Design, build, and deploy Salesforce and nCino solutions for large-scale enterprise transformation programs, covering the full software development lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into technical outcomes while collaborating across functional and technical teams.
- Lead delivery activities (planning, estimation, execution, progress tracking), mentor junior members, and maintain quality standards through peer reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–9 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and implementation.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce development: Apex, Lightning Web Components, integration (Connected Apps, REST APIs), deployments via Metadata API and Salesforce CLI.
- Bachelor's degree in BE/BTech, MCA, MSc (CS), or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Work Experience Required: 6–9 years in Salesforce technical roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in Agile teams with capability to estimate work and deliverables.
- Familiarity with banking domain, especially commercial banking and loan origination systems, is preferred.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer I, with experience or certification in nCino Bank Operating System and commercial banking solutions.
