About This Role
- Lead definition and documentation of detailed business and functional requirements for Guidewire ClaimCenter claims processing and administration systems.
- Plan, facilitate, and conduct User Acceptance Testing activities to ensure system specifications and business needs are met.
- Collaborate with business units and technical teams to translate business needs into IT solutions and support issue resolution for claims management processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with at least 3 years focused on property and casualty insurance claims using Guidewire ClaimCenter v.10.
- Expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation and support and proficiency in agile, SDLC, and PMLC methodologies.
- Proficient in developing comprehensive business requirements, process and data flows, and technical specifications, with experience in UAT planning and execution.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with business management during requirements gathering and approval processes.
