About This Role
- Manage and maintain critical live IT/SaaS infrastructure serving millions of customers with personal accountability for high-quality changes.
- Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve escalated incidents.
- Plan and deliver work in an agile manner including software updates aligned with product release schedules and infrastructure monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years hands-on experience with AWS including EC2, ECS, EKS, IAM, CloudWatch, SQS, SNS, SSM, S3, and Secrets Manager.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, and scripting in Bash and Python.
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, RDS, Mongo NoSQL) and monitoring/alerting tools (PagerDuty, Datadog, CloudWatch).
- Work Experience Required: 2-4 years AWS and related cloud infrastructure experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Practitioner with proven ability to handle live production environments and operational incident management at scale.
- Comfortable interfacing with senior leaders and working detail-oriented in compliance and security-aware environments (familiarity with SOC2, FedRamp).
- Experienced in applying AI-assisted development tools responsibly and proficient with networking concepts (LAN/WAN) and cyber threat knowledge.
