About This Role
- Own and manage SAP security operations including incident resolution, role assignments, authorization configuration, and compliance adherence.
- Drive process improvements ensuring SLAs and outcomes are met, monitor risks and communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership.
- Support SAP security testing, audit activities, integration projects, and maintain documentation for security policies and controls.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in SAP security and role management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with SAP GRC Access Control, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and functional/technical ERP security.
- Must be based in Bangalore with ability to work onsite 5 days a week and adhere to 1PM-10PM IST shift.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in SAP security design, access risk analysis, and compliance including SOX and segregation of duties (SoD).
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and handling complex security issues in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Skilled in leveraging AI-assisted tools for development/support and driving automation and continuous improvement in SAP security operations.
