About This Role
- Lead and manage the client-dedicated finance team in Gurugram overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance.
- Own P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking for assigned accounts ensuring adherence to contractual and GAAP standards.
- Drive system/process improvements, mentor team members, and deliver executive financial reports supporting strategic business decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; professional accounting designation required (CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent).
- 15+ years of progressive finance management experience with international team leadership and client relationship management in complex service environments.
- Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, reporting systems, Microsoft Excel modeling, and PowerPoint.
- On-site work location: Gurugram.
