About This Role
- Manage client requirements primarily from US-based companies to identify suitable software/IT candidates.
- Operate and manage accounts on job portals like Dice and Monster to source candidates that match client job descriptions.
- Maintain relationships with at least 5 active clients providing regular job requirements and generate revenue through successful candidate placements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience recruiting for US clients, direct or indirect.
- Minimum 3 years experience using job portals like Dice or Monster for candidate sourcing.
- Must have active relationships with at least 5 clients providing daily or weekly job requirements.
- Ability to work late night hours until at least 2:00 a.m. IST to cover US office timings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in understanding technical jargon related to Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Technologies, and Java to accurately screen candidates.
- Proven track record of generating USD revenue from recruiting placements in the last 12 months.
- Capable of managing multiple client accounts with consistent requirements and delivering on the talent needs promptly.
