About This Role
- Lead end-to-end multi-country payroll operations for APAC, including compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
- Manage and coordinate local payroll teams and external payroll vendors across multiple APAC countries.
- Improve payroll systems, processes, ensure data accuracy with HR, support audits and timely payroll accounting entries.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years experience managing multi-country payroll operations across Asia Pacific, including regions like Hong Kong, Japan, India, South Korea, and China.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and statutory requirements in APAC countries.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup functions.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, international and cross-functional environment with high attention to detail.
