About This Role
- Lead Salesforce implementation, configuration, integration, and user support workstreams within client Advisory engagements.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, timelines, and deliverables for Salesforce application lifecycle initiatives.
- Coach and guide teams on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Administration; review technical deliverables; support training and user adoption efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Oral and written proficiency in English mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: At least 8 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud administration and consulting.
- Proven track record in leading Salesforce technical workstreams with client-facing delivery accountability.
- Capable of managing project plans, budgets, timelines, and mentoring team members effectively.
