About This Role
- Control and audit creation and modification of customer, supplier, and bank master data for LATAM and North America regions, ensuring compliance with internal policies within service-level timelines.
- Serve as point of contact for projects impacting Master Data and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders and global teams to enhance user experience.
- Identify and report process deviations, support local, regional, and global initiatives, prepare reports and presentations, and deliver user training.
Minimum Requirements
- Professional qualification in Finance (B.Com, CA, CPA, MBA, or Master in Finance/Accounting) mandatory.
- 3-5 years of experience in master-data maintenance, procurement, credit, finance operations, or related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP required.
- Advanced Spanish and intermediate English and/or Portuguese proficiency are required due to regional scope.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in shared services, multinational, or GCC environments preferred indicating ability to handle complex, diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of master data processes including data quality controls, fraud-risk prevention, and duplicate analysis.
- Able to work under close team lead guidance with effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills in a globally integrated environment.
