About This Role
- Lead Agile processes and ceremonies for the Backend Engineering team to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Manage Jira boards, workflows, and sprint tracking to maintain project visibility and progress.
- Coordinate software release planning and deployment schedules while managing dependencies and communicating with stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Scrum Master, or similar roles.
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum software development project management.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Good understanding of backend systems, APIs, databases, and cloud-based applications.
