About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation and automation projects across CIBG Operations focused on efficiency, control, scalability, and customer experience.
- Manage project governance including planning, risk management, change control, stakeholder communication, and post-implementation adoption.
- Collaborate with business, technology, compliance, and external partners to design and implement scalable digital solutions and ensure benefit realization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 8–12+ years of experience in Banking Operations, Digital Transformation, Process Excellence, Business Analysis, or Project Management within Corporate and Institutional Banking preferred.
- Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience managing large-scale digital transformation projects with strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading complex, multi-jurisdictional banking operations transformation with end-to-end process and regulatory knowledge.
- Strong collaborator acting as liaison across business, technology, compliance, and external vendors for solution design and implementation.
- Proven ability to manage governance and drive benefit realization for operational digitization and automation projects at senior management level.
