About This Role
- Lead and manage project accounting and asset accounting activities to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
- Develop and manage a team of 10+ FTE including work allocation, performance management, and capability development.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and support M&A-related accounting projects while ensuring SLA adherence and stakeholder satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-18 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in team leadership managing 10+ FTE.
- Professional finance qualification such as CA, CMA, Inter CA, BCom with experience, or MBA/Master's in finance/accounting.
- Mandatory proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Office skills; English communication required.
- Experience in MNC or Captive GCC environment is preferred; Work Experience Required: 12-18 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in IFRS, lease accounting, capitalization, reconciliations, audits, and internal controls relevant to project accounting.
- Proven leadership in managing and developing mid-sized teams within a global or multinational corporate finance environment.
- Experience driving process improvements, digital solutions, and acting as a business partner to stakeholders for practical solutions and compliance.
