About This Role
- Lead development and end-to-end delivery of a real-time fraud monitoring platform for Corporate Bank’s online channels.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and hands-on backend development focusing on performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with architects, engineering leaders, and support teams to ensure platform scalability, resilience, CI/CD improvement, and operational reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of software engineering experience with proven leadership in complex, business-critical systems.
- Expert-level backend programming skills in modern Java ecosystem (Java 17+, Spring Boot).
- Proven experience building and deploying scalable applications on major public cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
- Strong knowledge of microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, event-driven architecture (Kafka or MQ), relational databases, CI/CD pipelines, and modern security practices.

- Experienced technical leader focused on cloud-native, high-load, secure backend platform development in financial services.
