About This Role
- Design, implement, monitor, and maintain data quality processes and controls within the Chief Data Office.
- Support build and run activities including DevOps for Data Quality platforms and ensure adherence to operating level agreements on data quality and issue management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business impact, refine data quality specifications, and contribute to agile release cycles and metric reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of IT experience with at least 1-4 years in software development and technical operational support.
- 1-4 years experience in Data Management/ETL within banking or financial services.
- Experience with data quality or integration tools (e.g. Informatica, Ab Initio, Collibra, Autosys, Tableau) and SQL; must be based in Hyderabad location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in banking/financial services domain with knowledge of credit card, payment solutions, collections, marketing, risk, and compliance.
- Comfortable working in cross-location teams with US and India time zone overlap; able to manage multiple deliverables under time pressure.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and data governance tools, with an interest in AI to enhance data quality.
